Veronica Beard is the latest brand to expand their size range, debuting their extended sizing during NYFW.  Modeled at the presentation by no other than Kate Sturino, who infamously pointed out the retailer's previous lack of inclusivity, the line now goes up to size 24.

According to Elle.com, the designers Veronica S. Beard and Veronica M. Beard (and no that's not a typo) were moved to include larger sizes because some of their own family members were not able to fit the clothes.  Which makes us wonder, for a brand that's been around since 2010, they just now realized that?

We're firm believers that at this point there's no excuse for overlooking nearly 60% of women when designing clothing.  So when a brand finally extends their sizing they should do us a favor and skip the #bopo themed press releases.  In other words less talk, more clothes.
